
The CHRO will provide strategic and operational HR leadership across a large industrial agribusiness, covering manufacturing plants, agricultural operations, and commercial teams. The role focuses on organizational development, talent strategy, performance culture, labour relations, and HR transformation.
- Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development programs.
- Strengthen performance management and drive a high-performance culture.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and employee reward programs.
- Ensure strong employee relations, union engagement, and labour law compliance.
- Implement HR digitalization and process improvement.
- Lead change management, culture-building, and succession planning.
- Advise executive leadership on people strategy and organizational
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Social Sciences; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 15+ years of HR leadership experience in industrial, FMCG, or agro-processing environments.
- Strong background in organizational development, HR operations, and labour relations.
- Experience supporting large multi-site manufacturing or agricultural teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
