The Contract Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of contracts across multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring full compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements while safeguarding the company’s commercial interests.
- Lead the review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts, including client agreements, subcontracts, and supplier contracts
- Conduct detailed analysis of tenders, proposals, and contractual documentation
- Ensure contracts are aligned with company standards, legal frameworks, and commercial objectives
- Oversee contract administration throughout the project lifecycle, including performance monitoring, change management, and close-out
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks, implementing appropriate risk management strategies
- Monitor contract execution against KPIs, milestones, and obligations, and implement corrective actions where required
- Manage and negotiate variations, claims, and dispute resolution processes
- Provide strategic advice on contractual matters and new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive contract documentation and reporting systems
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure alignment between contractual obligations and project delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely issuance of contractual notices and compliance with procedural requirements
- Support the development and continuous improvement of contract management policies and processes
- Report on claims, variations, and critical contractual issues to senior management
