Define and execute a Group-wide commercial strategy aligned with long-term growth objectives and business unit priorities.
Lead commercial transformation initiatives emphasizing customer-centricity, operational excellence, and digital innovation.
Monitor global market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and regulatory shifts to proactively guide business decisions.
Develop innovative pricing models, new sales channels, and advanced customer engagement strategies to maximize profitability.
Oversee B2B and B2C sales operations, ensuring that downstream and refined product divisions meet domestic and regional targets.
Design and optimize sales structures, incentive programs, and performance management systems.
Identify and lead new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and partnerships across domestic, regional, and export markets.
Shape and implement unified marketing and brand strategies across all Group businesses.
Strengthen brand equity, customer loyalty, and competitive positioning of refined petroleum products and other portfolios.
Leverage both digital and traditional channels to accelerate market penetration.
Instill a customer-first culture across the Group, with a focus on downstream and refinery clients.
Develop key account strategies and oversee high-value client relationships in industrial and institutional segments.
Enhance customer satisfaction, service delivery, and retention across multiple businesses.
Drive commercial efficiency, pricing optimization, and gross margin improvement across product lines.
Align commercial activities with finance and supply chain to ensure effective cost, working capital, and inventory management.
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance monitoring frameworks to track and sustain results.
Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing commercial teams across the Group’s diverse businesses.
Engage with Group leadership, Board members, regulators, and industry associations to influence policy and support growth.
Cultivate strong partnerships with government entities, distributors, and industry players to reinforce market leadership.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
Experience:
At least 20 years of experience, including 10+ years in a senior commercial leadership role in large, complex organizations.
Strong track record in oil & gas, downstream, petrochemicals, manufacturing, or FMCG.
Proven success managing multi-billion-dollar revenue portfolios and delivering commercial growth strategies.
