Adexen was mandated by an international company in the manufacturing and distribution of building materials to recruit a Sales / Marketing Executive for Nigeria. The position is based in Lagos.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to meet revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize results.
Build relationships with contractors, engineers, site owners, architects, etc.
Get information about all construction sites within assigned territory and make regular visits to build relationships.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
Desired Skills and Experience
HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years proven experience in sales and marketing
Background in B2B marketing, construction, building materials, equipment, or related industries is a strong advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
