
The Country Manager will have full responsibility for defining and executing the country’s strategic, operational and financial objectives. The role carries end-to-end accountability for production, commercial performance, people management, assets, safety, governance and stakeholder relations.
This is a P&L leadership role with a strong operational and industrial footprint, requiring a hands-on executive capable of driving performance in a complex, large-scale manufacturing environment.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is required.
Experience
• Minimum of 25 years of professional experience.
• At least 10 years in senior executive leadership roles managing large-scale, complex operations.
• Strong background in heavy industry, manufacturing, cement or similar asset-intensive environments.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of industrial operations and production environments.
• Solid expertise in financial management, strategic planning and performance optimisation.
• Proven ability to lead large, multicultural and cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
