Job Introduction

    Adexen has been mandated by a multinational logistics company involved in transportation and logistics to recruit a Commercial Assistant Invoicing for its operations in Nigeria. The position is based in Lagos.

Responsibilities

    • Follow-up on files delivered but not invoiced.
    • Provision Sheet submission to finance.
    • Sending soft copy of Invoice to client and follow up with client on payments.
    • Invoicing queries from client.
    • Updates status of files in Genesis / Google sheet.
    • Follow-up on invoiced files delivery to client.
    • Follow-up on files uploaded on Genesis

Desired Skills and Experience

    Bachelor’s degree in any social science discipline.

    2-4 years experience in a similar position.

    Preferred Candidate must come from the  transport and logistics industry.

    Good communication skill both written and oral.

    Good knowledge of Microsoft office suit.
