PET Engineer

Job Introduction

Adexen was mandated by a Food & Beverages company to recruit a PET Engineer for their operations in Nigeria. The position is based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• To manage the machine operations and the quality of product, while providing the maintenance of the moulds              
• To manage the routine maintenance of the machinery and troubleshooting on SIPA PET preform machine.     
• Perform mechanical and electrical corrective and preventive maintenance activity      
• Software maintenance and modification whenever necessary.
• PLC troubleshooting when required.       

Desired Skills and Experience

• Diploma / Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years experience working in a similar role.
• Proven track record of working with SIPA Pre-form machines.
• Excellent knowledge of PLC maintenance (Siemens S7 series 300 / PC SIEMENS S7 MAC – AWL)
