Adexen was mandated by one of its clients in the Construction Industry to recruit an Expatriate Head of Design for its operations in Africa. The position is based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Responsibilities
to assemble, grow & manage the best Design & Projects team in Africa
to put in place top-notch processes
to implement best-in-class systems, control & reporting
to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
to meet & exceed the business plan
to build strategic partnerships
At Pre-Bid Phase: building / expanding a network of both direct & indirect sales composed of both Occupiers & Landlord clients with the objective to generate leads for the Design & Services Business Unit
At Bid Phase: (i) coordinating the various departments (Design, Costing, Projects, Procurement & Logistics), and (ii) constantly improving the quality of the bid submitted
At Execution Phase: coordinating and managing the various departments across the continent to ensure that clients are satisfied and that the Company meets its internal operational & financial KPIs
Desired Skills and Experience
10 years + of experience in a leading international Architectural firm
