Senior Architect

Job Introduction

Adexen was mandated by a leading IT company to recruit a Senior Architect for its operations. The position is based in Lagos, Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Site Surveys and reviews
• Make as-built drawings and proposed drawings
• Generate scope of work and work plan
• Supervision of renovation and site activities
• Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
• Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire process
• Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in architecture from a recognised University
• 5+ years of experience in construction and architecture
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD
