The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing the full project lifecycle from mobilization through completion and handover.
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets and resource plans.
- Coordinating all site activities to ensure efficient project execution.
- Leading multidisciplinary construction teams including engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
- Monitoring project progress and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, technical specifications and quality standards.
- Managing relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
- Reviewing construction methodologies and ensuring effective execution strategies.
- Monitoring project costs and identifying opportunities for optimization and value engineering.
- Coordinating procurement and logistics activities to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Managing risks, identifying potential delays and implementing mitigation measures.
- Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
- Preparing regular project reports and presenting progress updates to senior management.
- Supporting claims management and contractual correspondence where required.
- Leading project close-out activities, testing, commissioning and final handover.
