Adexen was mandated by a multinational organization to recruit an experienced Operations Manager for their construction projects. The position is based in Benin.
Responsibilities
Coordination and supervision of subcontrator works
Responsible for the conformity of the works with the contract
Responsible for the implementation of HSE and QA/QC plans
Prepare internal reports pertaining to job planning and execution
Coordination of yards
Coordination of expatriate and local staff
Responsible for work preparation and efficient execution of works as per work program and budget
Planning, monitoring and reporting of progress
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in structural or civil engineering
Master's degree is a plus
Minimum 5 years experience in major roads, infrastructure, earthmoving construction works in comparable position
Familiar with international industry standards
Multicultural team experience
Previous experience in Africa is a plus
French & English command
