Adexen was mandated by a multinational FMCG corporation to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager for its operations. The position is based in Nairobi.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to the group marketing plan
Market segmentation (on multiple criteria) and develops marketing and brand strategies to address the segments.
Lead the marketing campaigns, evaluate the marketing performance metrics
Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
Collaborate with other teams to promote group products
Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
Track performance of all marketing campaigns
Drives Customer activation, experience, engagement, and brand architecture.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in sales & marketing from a recognised University
MBA is a plus
Min 6+ years experience in a similar senior marketing role within an international organisation
Extensive experience in FMCG industry is required
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
