Job Introduction

    Adexen was mandated by an international Beverage Group to recruit a Digital Marketing & Communications Manager for its operations. The position is based in Lagos.

Responsibilities

    • Responsible for creating and delivering a strategic and comprehensive communications plan, ensuring that a coherent message runs through all platforms.
    • Design, build and maintain the social media presence
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Devise direct marketing campaigns in line with the organisation’s marketing strategy.
    • Send targeted campaigns to specific individuals based on lead scoring.
    • Analyse data with which to base campaigns on.
    • Work with digital marketing agencies to achieve deliverables both qualitatively and quantitatively.
    • Create and update direct marketing strategies that will support the organization to achieve its aims as part of the overall Marketing, Sales and Communications plan
    • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in direct marketing
    • Utilize a strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Develop and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including framing the campaign strategy, curating talent, negotiating rates, managing contract development, influencer relations, and reporting.

Desired Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or communication
    • Must have a good understanding of how the Beverages industry works and how is it is marketed to attract particular clientele.
    • Working experience in direct marketing
    • Commercially aware of the trends in the international FMCG industry
    • Experience in managing multi-pronged marketing campaigns, including performance marketing, social marketing, brand marketing, content marketing, public relations, and marketing partnerships.
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
    • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, effective writing skills.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    • Ability to directly interact on a regular basis with the HQ in Europe
    • Planned travels in Europe for the induction program & trainings
