Business Solutions Manager (App Design)

Job Introduction

Adexen was mandated by an international Logistics Group to recruit a Senior Business Solutions Manager (App Design) for its operations. The position is based in Lagos.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing, evaluating, developing, and implementing all Group's software application in line with organizational policies and standards.
• Provides high quality, detailed consultation, technical support and troubleshooting of all Group’s software application
• Establish a detailed software program specification through discussions with internal stakeholders
• Develop architectural solutions by studying business needs, conferring with departments and users, studying system flows and work processes
• Design, develop, support, and maintain database, web, and mobile applications.
• Identify opportunities for greater efficiencies through process improvement, systems integration and guide the implementation of these solutions in the organization
• Designs and builds solutions using standard technologies and tools.
• Use knowledge of technology to improve information flow and employee collaboration within the organization
• Research new technologies that push the boundaries and capabilities of design and provide clear insights in applying this to the organization
• Ensures all users are Onboarded on all relevant applications and provide technical support when required
• Create and design application guidelines and manuals to guide application usage
• Ensure quality of software developed leveraging on the latest technologies.
• Evaluate existing applications and performing updates and modification

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree is a plus
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar senior position in an international organisation
• ITIL Foundations
• Prince 2 project management, Agile
•  Any other certifications of the related field of study will be an added advantage
