Adexen was mandated by an architectural & engineering company to recruit a Controller for its operations in Nigeria. The position is based in Abuja.
Responsibilities
To plan, execute and coordinate business operations
The ideal candidate should have experience and knowledge of accounting procedures, business management and ability to motivate personnel to perform at their maximum capacity.
Overseeing daily business operations and reporting to Director
Implementing growth strategies
Training low-level managers and staff
Creating and managing budgets
Improving revenue
Evaluating performance and productivity
Analyzing accounting and financial data
Researching and identifying growth opportunities
Coordinating reports and presentations, etc
Desired Skills and Experience
Bahelor's degree in Business management or relevant field
Master's degree is desirable
Previous experience in a similar position is a plus
Thorough knowledge of basic business management procedures and principles
Awareness of business trends
Accuracy and attention to detail
Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizing and leadership skills
Commercial awareness
Analytical mind
Must be willing to travel in Nigeria
