(listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange with code 000932), Xiangtan Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd., Lianyuan Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd. and Hengyang Steel Pipe (Group) Co., Ltd.

It is one of Chinese Top 10steelmakers with annual steel production capacity of 22 million tons, staff of 45,000 and total assets of 113.9 billion CNY. Valin Group is the largest state-owned enterprise in Hunan province and ranked 204 among top 500 Chinese companies in 2015 with sales revenue 110 billion CNY.
Since the 11th-five-year-plan period, 60 billion CNY has been invested to build the state-of-the-art production lines of 5,000mm-wide heavy plate mill, 2,250mm hot strip mill, φ 720 diameter seamless pipe mill. The world class production line of high-end automotive steel line put into operation in June, 2014.
