JOLY AIRLINES(PTY) Ltd is a new startup airline in South Africa. The airline's Founder & President of the Board of Directors is Shawn J. van der Merwe (Smale-Letsoalo) who owns 100% shares. The airline was registered on 28th July 2021 and is preparing for its first domestic passenger flight later this year.
