Established in 2015, the company is jointly owned by Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and PSP Investments.

Our portfolio includes onshore wind, solar photovoltaic, concentrated solar power and transmission line technologies, covering the whole energy chain from development and/or construction to operation.
Our headquarters are in London and we have regional offices in Bogotá (Colombia), Fortaleza and São Paulo (Brazil), Mexico City (Mexico), Montevideo (Uruguay), Stamford (USA), Madrid (Spain), Milan (Italy), Bordeaux (France) and Sydney and Melbourne (Australia). This strong local presence allows us to take an important management role in each of our projects and bring resources, contracts, ideas and best practices to each investment.
