Primecement is a cement grinding plant in Musanze District with the capacity of 600,000 tons per year. Prime Cement was established in Rwanda last 2017. The primary goal of Primecement is to offer affordable products to the citizens and at the same time dominate the market where cement consumption is at its peak.
