East Africa Specialized Engineering PLC (EASE), a subsidiary of Africa Specialized Engineering, B.V., was founded in 2015 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. EASE is in partnership with CCL – Specialized Engineered Solutions for Structures, is a U.K. based company and a global leader in the specialized engineering sector. This partnership allows us to find design and construction solutions to the most sophisticated and demanding engineering projects.
Though we were established in 2015, our first project was signed in mid-2016. We now have 44 projects throughout the country – and counting out of which 18 projects are fully completed. We are very proud of our accomplishments thus far and more so to be the first licensed company in Ethiopia that provides specialized engineered solutions for structures. EASE hopes to improve the construction quality in Ethiopia through the delivery of advanced design and an array of innovative construction services to our clients.
Our most important service is Value Engineering. At EASE we take a systematic approach for all our clients, evaluating the ratio of function to cost “value”. The value is affected by increasing the function or decreasing the cost within high quality standards. We study, assess and create solutions that best suit each project. EASE has the local market knowledge, and the international expertise to be the right partner in all disciplines and scales.
