Gulf Nations for Construction Materials Company is engaged in industrial sector in Kuwait for manufacturing and production of OPC (Ordinary Portland Cement) and SRC (Sulfate Resistant Cement).
Plant is designed and equipped by FLSmidth with the most advanced technology to maintain quality in compliance with local and international standards. Since more than 140 years, FLSmidth has been serving cement industry as a leading supplier of equipment and services to the global cement and minerals industries. FLSmidth supplies everything from single machinery to complete cement plants and minerals processing facilities including services before, during and after the construction.
The cement plant is equipped with the highest technology of "System Control and Data Acquisition System" SCADA, enabling highest control on plant equipment and better reliability for equipment and most safe working conditions.
The cement plant consists of 2 cement mills with total production capacity of 300 ton/hour. The cement products can be delivered as bulk cement through cement silos or as cement bags through full automated packing & loading machines to the trucks
Packing area is equipped with 2 units of FLS Ventomatic packing machines with capacity of 6,000 bag/hour.The loading and delivery of cement bags is fully automated to trucks with fast speed and safer working environment.
Plant is located in strategic industrial area near to Shuaiba port where imported materials such as clinker and gypsum shall take less time to reach site and with less cost. Plant is having three access roads with extra parking and waiting areas for logistics and delivery bulkers and trailers which will allow easy flow of incoming and outgoing materials.
Considering highly skilled manpower is one of the biggest added values to plant, GNCMC recruited operation team with mixed experience in multinational cement companies as well as experience in operation locally with good experience about Kuwaiti and GCC markets.
