Palirria was founded in 1957, on the island of Evia, in Central Greece as a privately owned business by the entrepreneur Antonis Souliotis. Since then, the purpose of Palirria has steadily been the production of well cooked, delicious ready to eat meals and meze based on traditional Greek recipes as well as their marketing in the national and international market.
In 1989 Palirria began to invest in modern and technologically advanced facilities, machinery and offices, continuously investing since then in various growth areas.
Today, Palirria owns 5 plants in 3 continents reaching an area of 35,000 M2 as well as a production capacity of 22,000 tons annually and constitutes the leading Greek exporter of ready to eat meals and meze. Moreover, proudly holds the position of No 1 Dolma producer in the world, hand rolling more than 1.600.000 dolmas per day!
The company’s product portfolio is based on a variety of 120 different traditional Greek and Mediterranean Cuisine recipes that make up a brand portfolio of 7 brands and are marketed to consumers and food service professionals in more than 50 countries around the globe.
