Azura Power is a developer, financier, acquirer and operator of Independent Power Plants (IPPs) across Africa. Our ambition is to build the continent's leading power generation platform.
We utilise our project development, industry expertise and financing skills to develop, acquire and finance power projects. As at January 2020, our operating plants had a total generating capacity of 576MW and our portfolio included a further 804MW of generating capacity that was either in-development or under acquisition. To further expand and diversify our portfolio, we are also building a pipeline of development and acquisition opportunities in other African countries.
