Incorporated in 1959, Obegi Consumer Products Holding (OCPH) deals with worldwide leading brands in food, confectionery, personal care and hygiene, toiletries and cosmetics, laundry and home care, portable power solutions and consumer solutions products.

In line with the long term vision of the group, OCPH entered its first Joint Venture with Henkel KGaA in 1974 with the establishment of Henkel Lebanon followed by Henkel Syria in 2002 and Henkel Iraq. OCPH continuous dynamic drive led to the creation and the launch of its global brand Al Wadi Al Akhdar in 1979.
After having been appointed as the distribution center for McDonald’s in Lebanon in 1998 and with the view to complement in an optimized manner its value chain to its customers, OCPH span off its logistics activities and created Logistica, today a third party provider of full logistics services.
OCPH capitalized on its expertise in marketing, sales and distribution in Lebanon and expanded into Syria, Iraq and Jordan to cater for the whole of the Levant and established OCP-Maroc in January 2016 as its first entry into North Africa.
