Our firm is a multi-disciplinary and dynamic partnership. The firm carries out professional practice as regulated by the code of conduct of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). The activities of the firm now cover auditing and accounting, taxation, management consultancy and company secretarial services, accounting software installation and training. All these have been developed into specialized units within the firm and are being managed by specialists and coordinated as inter disciplinary entities.
As a firm of Chartered Accountants, we are active in all the activities of ICAN and its affiliates. These include the Nigerian Accounting Standards Board, the International Accounting Standards Committee, and the International Auditing Practices Committee of International Federation of Accountants. This enables us to keep abreast of the latest trends in the professional field and thus to provide services to our clients in line with the most recent developments and standards.
