HARCON is a leader in project management, construction and facility upgrade in the construction and oil and gas industry and has been in the business of fabrication & construction of subsea equipment, structural steel buildings, offshore platforms, atmospheric tanks, pressure vessels, product tank farms, LPG spheres and miscellaneous steel structures for several years
HARCON’s headquarters and main fabrication facility are located in Lagos and Portharcourt respectively.
The Port Harcourt Fabrication Yard is located about thirty (30) minutes’ drive from the PORT Harcourt Intl. Airport, Omagwa, Nigeria, which also includes our Base office at NPA Dockyard, Port Harcourt. This base facility includes an office space of about 1,200 square meters, total workshop covered area of approximately 17,000 square meters and raw material and finished goods stacking area of approximately 22,000 square meters. We have, within the facility; a workshop specially dedicated and adequately equipped for the fabrication of structures, storage tanks, pressure vessels & stainless steel fabrication works and a loading jetty, with Roro Platform.
OUR EQUIPMENT:
We believe using the right tools for every activity not only saves time, but also ensures the project is delivered safely and the quality of the finished product is not compromised in any form. Notable equipment in our arsenal includes Controlled Numeric Cutting (CNC) & drilling machines for plates (Oxyacetylene, Plasma & High Definition Plasma), profiles and pipes, Sub-arc welding machines, heavy duty rolling machines, dome pressing and flanging machine, various overhead and heavy duty cranes for lifting and miscellaneous operations and two (2) fully functional grit recycling blasting and we also have construction and earth moving equipment such as concrete trucks, excavators, Wheel Loaders, Dump Trucks, etc.
