Established in Liverpool in 1990, Plexus grew to become one of the largest suppliers of raw cotton in the world, handling up to 2 million bales annually. In 2005, we broadened our engagement in the sector to cotton production and agriculture, building on our established global trading platform. Today, Plexus is synonymous with all things cotton.
Plexus has since evolved into an innovative platform for sustainable agriculture and global agricultural trade. We have the expertise to facilitate transparent and commercially successful partnerships with farmers, manufacturers, retailers, governments and development agencies.
In 2020, we focused our trading arm on Africa: We believe that the continent has
the capacity to be the most competitive supplier of agriculture in the world.
