Almona is a leading pipe manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia
Established in 2006 as a PP-R pipes & fittings importer and distributor in Riyadh, with the continues growth of demand in 2008 almona started its first production plant for PP-R pipes & fittings and become one of the first producers of PP-R pipes & fittings in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the target to become one of the best and innovative plastic pipes solution provider in the Middle East, with this target almona started developing new products and opening new markets.
In 2011 almona expanded its capacity with a new plant equipped with state of the art production lines and production mentoring systems from Europe. In this facility almona started producing HDPE, PE-100, and PE80 pipes for Water supply, telecommunication systems, Gas supply, and Irrigation systems system with the existing PP-R products.
In 2013 almona with the combined force of our raw material partners started the development of PP-R composite multilayer pipes with glass fiber and UV protected layer, this product was introduced in the market in the fourth quarter of 2014 as the first producer in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Also, almona developed HDPE Micro-Ducts with 5% silicon composite layer for telecommunication applications, production started in first quarter of 2014.
In 2016, almona expanded the facility with new injection molding plant, new Wearhouse and dispatch area with a grand total of 10,100 m2, introducing at the same time our new drainage system (PP-MD pipes & Fittings).
