It offers courses and programs leading to higher education degrees in various educational fields. The University was established in 1988 in Accra Ghana. It is named after its founder ‘John Emmanuel’ The University was started as a secretarial school only with eight students at Adabraka. As the number of students grew, a need was found to expand the institution, and it was then relocated to a more spacious ground in Accra.
