APCC was established in September 1978 by the two partners Mr. Sami Khalil Khoury and Mousa D Al Moussa. Mr. Elie M El Moussa S/o Mousa Al Moussa took over and managing the Company since 15 years to keep abreast of the latest developments in this field. During the past 15 years APCC has multiplied its original turnover and crossed a billion mark. This was accomplished by a steady expansion policy without sacrifice of quality and performance. On the other hand, professionalism was greatly enhanced.
