Abis Shipping was founded on October 1, 2007. With the knowledge and experience of the staff of Abis, and with input from national and international partners Abis Shipping has brought 21 ships into service within seven years from creation. All 21 vessels are sailing under Dutch flag.
Abis Shipping is a complete service orientated shipping company and introduced various new series of ships for river shipping, short sea shipping, project (heavy-lift) cargo and the offshore industry. The key word here is innovation. The company focuses its activities on technical support (technical management, coordination of the ship’s cargo, crewing and nautical services) and financial support (administration, financing and insurance). The chartering has always been contracted out to prominent charterers. Therefore we offer an inspiring work environment.
