AUST follows the American credit-based system. Students can enroll in the fall semester (October), spring semester (February), or summer term (June).
Each of the fall and spring semesters is of a 15-week duration. The summer term is of a 5-week duration.
All instruction is in English in the English Section of the Institution, and in French in the French Section.
