Through managed care contracts, Nonsuch provides health care to public institutions, corporate organizations and individuals under a prepaid arrangement, utilizing a network of primary, secondary and specialist hospital providers nationwide.

Nonsuch HMO operates two tiers health care delivery system with a Provider Monitoring Unit (PMU) who watches and monitors the delivery of quality and effective health care services to registered members. The Provider Monitoring Unit consists of mainly Doctors, Pharmacists and other paramedical staff.
The synergy of efforts by the HMO and the provider network nationwide ultimately leads to lower costs of health care delivery unlike in fee-for - service relationship.
