Established in 2007 by a group of Nigerian investors, Karis Mega-Subsea Company has offices in Aberdeen and Glasgow, United Kingdom and In Nigeria. The company was incorperated in Nigeria (RC 171887)on the 12th day of April, 2011 and was granted permission to operate as a deepwater offshore company on 8th day of July, 2011.
Karis Mega-Subsea commenced bussiness operations in Nigeria on the 17th day of August, 2012 with the Bonga (South West)subsea maintenance contract with Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company (SNEPCo.) and has become the leader in the subsea industry through commitment and dedication.
We hold major offshore and subsea contracts with major oil & gas companies including Total E & P Nigeria Limited, Nigeria Agip Exploration Company, Chevron Nigeria Limited, Nigeria LNG Ltd, Gaslink Nigeria Ltd, Saipem Contracting Nigeria Ltd, Oando Gas and Power, Sea Petroleum and Gas Co. Ltd, Noble Drilling Company, among others.
