DP3 RESTRUCTURING ANNOUNCEMENT:
As part of the group's restructuring following the liquidation of Sea Trucks Group Limited, ownership of the DP3 vessels, Jascon 25, Jascon 28, Jascon 31 and Jascon 34 has been transferred to a new owner.
Sea Trucks continues to own 33 vessels in Nigeria.
