Responsibilities:
Our Client is a leading international player in marine services.
Procedures:
- Ensure compliance of logistics activities and contractors with HSE national and international legislation.
- Develop standard HSE and logistics operational procedures to support the integrated logistics offer.
- During CFT process: adapt HSE and logistics operational procedures to clients requirements and proposed strategy.
- Propose technical optimization to clients operational standards and requirements based on technical and HSE analysis.
- Review the companys suppliers operational procedures in order to match logistics O&G international standards and include them in technical proposals.
- Develop the companys logistics department internal procedures.
For Exploration operations:
- Conduct autonomously reconnaissance mission in (non) O&G countries in order to develop an adapted logistics strategy based on local partnerships,
- Define the required logistics structures and means (Logistics base, marine assets, and passengers transport etc)
- Liaise with local partners and with organisations subsidiaires (Marine, Mobility, Subsea) to seek for potential synergies.
- Define and select the local or international suppliers to support the Logistics strategy.
- Contribute to the technical and commercial evaluation and selection of all services contractors for compliance with the company requirements in line with the companys established standards.
- Define, write and submit a safe and cost effective integrated logistics offer including technical and commercial proposals.
- When requested, be deployed on location to support the project and act as the companys logistics representative.
