2. TALENT MApping


Mapping of potential candidates and screening using our extensive network and social medial.
Analysis of potential candidates with client.

Interview & selection

Shortlisted candidates are interviewed; qualifications
examined, past performances
verified, motivation and personality assessed and, where appropriate, strengths and weaknesses appraised.

Candidate meetings

Our final selection of appropriate candidates are presented to the client.
After earch session, feedback is obtained from all parties
and interest levels on both sides are carefully monitored.

3. Finalisation

References checks

Extensive and formal reference checks of the chosen candidate are carried out on behalf of the client.


Adexen accompanies both the client and candidate in the onboarding process.
