Adexen Recruitment Agency is mandated by an international beverage Company. The Company is looking to engage a Sales Manager for its Nigerian operations.
Job description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales target for designated areas, distribution channeling, accounts management and promotional activities.
The position is based in Lagos, Nigeria
Responsibilities
• Responsible for achievement of assigned sales target for the area –monthly, quarterly and yearly
• Routing management and distribution channelling
• Key accounts managements in traditional and local channel
• Management and identification of third party distributors
• Implementation and coordination of sales promotional activities
• Drafting and evaluation of customer and consumer communication
• Competitors intelligence reporting i.e Route rides, market visits
• Training, coaching and supervision of the sales team
Qualifications et experience
• University degree from a recognized institution
• Preferably Post Graduate degree in Sales and Marketing
• Minimum 10 years of experience with 2 to 3 years experience in Beverage/FMCG industry
• Strong Knowledge on route to market trends, brands, prices and channels
• Pack Office advanced user
• Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, negotiation and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure
