Adexen Recruitment Agency is looking to recruit a Rental Sales Manager for an international distribution Company.

Job description

As part of its development strategy, our client is looking for a Rental Sales Manager, who will be responsible for the development of short and long term lease of heavy duty vehicles and equipments. The rental sales manager will also be responsible for the prospection of new clients and credit leasing.

The position is based in Accra, Ghana.

Responsibilities

The Rental Sales manager, rentals will have as principal responsibilities:

To ensure that business objectives in terms of volume and profitability are maintained,
To know market conditions in Ghana and identify clients' needs,
To create rental offers and optimise existing ones,
To put in place new solutions and adapt old ones in order to increase global performance,
To train and manage the Rentals team
To organise and supervise the Rentals team in the execution of everyday tasks,
To manage client relations and follow up on client portfolio,
To develop sales through prospection of new clients,
To manage long and short term rentals,
To manage and supervise the company's fleet of vehicles and also the resale of used vehicles resulting from the rental activity,
To manage partner and supplier relations,
To ensure that Rental reports are properly established.

Qualifications et experience

Good knowledge of the rentals industry,
Experience as a sales manager with a rental agency,
Knowledge of Short and Long term rentals,
Excellent team work skills
English speaking
Knowledge of Africa (Francophone or Anglophone) is a plus.
