Adexen Recruitment Agency is mandated by a leading international manufacturer for the Oil & Gas sector. The company is looking for Angolese Graduate Trainee Engineers for its operations
Job description
The position was created in order to develop young engineers abilities and skills, to grow a future director class with an excellent technical background.
This is a two-years program that combines knowledge, practical work and on the job experience, providing the right environment for GTs to start their career in the Group.
Responsibilities
All young talents hired at juniors levels, regardless of function or geographic boundaries, go through this structured program acquiring a strong industrial background, optimizing their performance and maximizing their potential in a multicultural and global environment
All the GTs will have rotation in different positions: supply chain, marketing, commercial, technical sales with the goal to give different perspectives inside the company.
Qualifications et experience
- Bachelor in Engineering
- Diploma from a recognized European/US University will be a plus
- Should be willing to take frequent trips
- Should demonstrate strong proactivity, technical background and knowledge.
- Open mind and client orientation are mandatory.
- Good communication skills, teamwork, analytical skills
- Fluent proficiency in English
